Custom Orders
Every item is custom-made. That said, we offer a 14-day return window if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase.

Before You Order:
Please review the size guide carefully—returns for fit issues will still incur a restocking fee. Some products may recommend sizing up for comfort.

Returns:

  • Must be initiated within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping

  • A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund

  • Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the item

  • Please allow up to 30 days for refund processing

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact matthewdyealchemistofdreams@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery.
Include:

  • Photos of the item in its original packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll review and make it right.

Order Fulfillment
Please allow 2–5 business days for order fulfillment, in addition to shipping time. Estimated delivery dates will be provided at checkout, based on current production timelines and our third-party printing partner. ​

Holiday Orders
The holidays are magical—but also hectic. Fulfillment and shipping times may be delayed due to high demand. Please order early to ensure your gifts arrive on time.​

Address Changes
We cannot change shipping addresses after checkout. Please double-check your information before placing your order, as we aren't responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by customers.​

Delivery Confirmation
We rely on tracking information to confirm delivery to the address provided at checkout. If there's an issue, we'll review it on a case-by-case basis to determine the next steps.​

Custom-Made Items
All items in this store are custom-made to order. Please review the provided size guide before purchasing; some items may recommend ordering one size up for the best fit. Custom-made items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, except as outlined below.​

Original Products
Every design in this store is an original creation by artist Matthew Dye—none are AI-generated. Works are created using oil, acrylic, gouache, colored pencil, and graphic design tools. If you're interested in purchasing an original piece, please reach out through the contact page with a clear subject line and message.​

DTG Printing Note
If your shirt or hoodie has a vinegar scent or light residue upon arrival, don't worry. This is due to the fixation agent used in direct-to-garment (DTG) printing, which helps the ink bond to the fabric. It will disappear after the first wash.​

Payment Methods
