Order Processing

  • Fulfillment Time: Please allow 2-5 business days for order fulfillment, in addition to standard shipping times. You’ll receive an estimated arrival date at checkout.
  • Holiday Orders: We recommend placing holiday orders well in advance to ensure timely delivery.
  • Address Changes: Once an order is placed, we cannot accommodate address changes. Please double-check your details before completing your purchase.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Be sure to check your Spam or Junk folder if you don’t see the email in your inbox. If the tracking number isn’t working, contact us at matthewdyealchemistofdreams@gmail.com.


Partial Shipments

Orders may ship in multiple packages. If you receive part of your order, the rest may be on the way. Items on backorder may arrive separately. Please reach out if you have any concerns about incomplete deliveries.


Return Policy

We only accept returns for defective or damaged items. To initiate a return, email us at matthewdyealchemistofdreams@gmail.com with photos of the defect/damage. You may be asked to provide your name, order number, proof of purchase, and additional images if necessary. Please notify us within 10 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund.

Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after approval, and funds will be returned to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


No Exchanges

We cannot process exchanges at this time. If you receive a defective or damaged product, email us with photos of the issue, and we’ll send a replacement.


DTG Printing Information

If your new shirt or hoodie has a vinegar-like smell or residue, don't worry! It's from a fixation agent used in the printing process to help the ink bond with the fabric. The smell and residue are temporary and will wash out.


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Wrong size, color, or product type chosen by mistake
  • Orders canceled after 12 hours
  • Items purchased with coupon codes
  • Used or washed items

No Custom Pieces

We do not offer custom pieces at this time. However, if you are interested in purchasing an original artwork, please contact us at matthewdyealchemistofdreams@gmail.com.


Payment Methods

We accept all major payment methods, including Google, Amazon, and Apple Pay. Full payment is required for fulfillment. No orders can be placed via phone or check at this time.
